Dear Brother Knights,
Gratitude is the word that comes to my mind. Thank you to every Knight of St. Kevin’s Council 13881 for your support and extraordinary way that each of you live and witness your faith in the Lord Jesus. Thank you to your wives and children.
Our council continues to grow and be a living sign of our faith under the leadership of Sir Grand Knight Rey Nacino. Our Holy Father, Pope Benedict XVI, has declared this year as the “Year of the Priest”. Our duty will be to pray for all priests who work in the Lord’s Vineyard and to learn to be co-responsible lay ministers. This is a new challenge, a new time to be Church. Each one of us must give time to prayer, to study, and to service.
This is truly a time in our Church history to ask the Holy Spirit for guidance and with the help of Our Blessed Mother to enable each one of us to serve Our Lord, Jesus Christ.
